Mission Statement – HML Professional Resources has over 13 years of recruiting experience and is dedicated to customizing and expediting the hiring process for both the employer and the job seeker. Our team works diligently on filling job openings 7 days a week and provides top notch customer service. 

Executive Profile - HML Professional Resources was founded by Heidi M Lowe who was born and raised in the Metropolitan Detroit area. She received her Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and her Master's degree in Management and Finance from Wayne State University. Heidi started her career in the Beverage Manufacturing industry in downtown Detroit learning Purchasing, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Treasury and Accounting/Finance for over a decade. Heidi realized there was a substantial need for a company to work with dedicated and knowledgeable recruiters. 

Example of Our Dedication – One of our clients in the Detroit area was going through a major expansion and was in crisis mode to get several management positions filled. They knew HML was their first choice from a list of recruitment firms because of their experience with our team in the past. We started working on their position immediately and were able to fill positions within the week.
